Wise is a secure financial platform that allows customers to send international payments quickly and conveniently using local bank transfers and multi-currency accounts.
When making a payment through Wise, please carefully follow the payment instructions provided after placing your order.

If the sender’s name or payment information differs from the order information, please contact us in advance to avoid delays in verifying your payment.
Payments must be completed within 7 days of placing the order.

A bank transfer allows customers to securely transfer funds directly from their bank account to ours.
Please ensure that all payment details and order information are entered correctly when making the transfer.
If payment is sent after the order has already expired or been cancelled, the payment may be converted into store credit for future purchases.
Refunds for expired orders paid after cancellation may not be available via bank transfer.
Partial payments are not accepted.
Orders will only be processed and shipped once the full payment amount has been received and verified.
