  • Waiting for the item to be restocked
  • Receiving store credit for future purchases

Store credit may be used toward future orders placed on the website.

Please note that products purchased during promotional or sale periods may not be eligible for partial refunds.


2. Delivery

Shipping Costs

Standard international shipping fees may vary depending on destination, package weight, dimensions, and courier service.

Additional shipping charges may apply to oversized or heavy items.

If you request a specific shipping method or courier service, any additional shipping costs must be paid before the order is dispatched.

International Transit Time

International orders are generally delivered within 3–21 business days depending on destination country and courier service.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier conditions.

Dispatch Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours in Korea, excluding national holidays.

During promotional periods or high-volume seasons, dispatch times may extend to approximately 3–5 business days.

Delivery Delays Beyond Our Control

Perfectly Aging shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs delays
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Government regulations
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Labor strikes
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier delays
  • Global logistics interruptions

In such cases, delivery timelines may be extended accordingly.

Change of Delivery Address

Delivery address changes may be requested before the order has been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, customers must contact the courier directly regarding any address modifications. Any additional fees related to address changes after shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

P.O. Box Shipping

Courier delivery to P.O. Box addresses may be limited or unavailable depending on destination country and shipping method.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If your order exceeds the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we may assist with a courier investigation.

Tracking Notifications

Once dispatched, customers will receive shipment tracking information via email.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier.


3. Duties & Taxes

Sales Tax

Applicable taxes may already be included in product pricing where required.

Import Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs fees, or local taxes depending on the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

If customs charges are refused and the package is returned, original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds may be issued only for the product value, excluding return shipping costs.


4. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests are no longer possible and will fall under our Return Policy.

During promotional periods, cancellation requests may be limited due to increased order volume.

Promotional events and sale periods operate according to Korean Standard Time (KST).

Discount codes:

  • Cannot be combined unless otherwise stated

Shipments may be insured for loss or damage up to the amount declared by the courier.

Refunds or replacements related to shipping claims may only be processed after the courier investigation has been completed.
